We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where we currently fall short, we would rather say so than claim otherwise.
What we do
- Editorial and workflow state is never conveyed by colour alone. Every state chip carries a distinct shape and a text label as well as a tone.
- Navigation panels open on click, not hover, and close on Escape with focus returned to the control that opened them.
- Every image exhibit requires alternative text before it can be published. This is a hard gate, not a reminder.
- Data exhibits use real table markup with row and column headers, and scroll within their own container rather than forcing the page sideways.
Known gaps
Some papers include dense tables that are hard to follow on a narrow screen. Tell us where you hit a barrier via the contact form and we will treat it as a defect.
